72 Hours After Service: 

If we have recently performed a piercing, changed, or inserted jewelry within the last 72 hours and the jewelry falls out or encounters any issues, we gladly offer a one-time exchange.

Defective Jewelry Within 2 Weeks:

When purchasing Jewelry from us, we offer a one-time exchange within a two-week grace period for any manufacturing defects such as; discoloration or gem detachment.
